1. Introduction

At printexperts, We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our refurbished products and repair services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases of refurbished printers, laptops, and any repair services provided.

2. Refund Return Policy Products (Electronics Accessories, Printers and Laptops)

a. Return Eligibility:

Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in the same condition as received, including original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for any returns.
b. Non-Returnable Items:

Items that show signs of physical damage, tampering, or misuse.
Software, consumables (e.g., ink cartridges), and other peripherals not included in the original purchase.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return.
c. Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
d. Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if covered) may be deducted from your refund.

 

3. Repair Service Refunds

a. Service Satisfaction Guarantee:
We are committed to delivering high-quality repair services. If you are unsatisfied with the repair work:

You must notify us within 14 day of service completion to qualify for a re-evaluation.
We offer a 30 -day warranty on all repair services. If the problem persists within this period, we will provide a free reservice or issue a partial refund.
b. Non-Refundable Services:

Diagnostic fees, once performed, are non-refundable.
Labor charges for repairs that have been completed and tested as functional are non-refundable unless under the service satisfaction guarantee.

4. Exchange Policy

If a refurbished product is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange within 30 days.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose a similar product of equal or lesser value, or request a refund.

5. Cancellations

Orders for refurbished products can be canceled if the request is made before the product has been shipped.
For repair services, cancellation is allowed before the service begins. Once service has commenced, refunds will be subject to the service performed up to the point of cancellation.
